Most recruitment consultants are happy to call when they think that your profile might be a good match for one of their searches, but less inclined to call with feedback, especially if it’s not entirely positive. What has impressed me about Mary is in the fact that she always follows up with feedback, good or bad, and is ready to pursue new opportunities on my behalf.
