It has been a pleasure to work with Richmond Capital. Mary Croydon’s approach is best in class. Often recruitment advisers inundate you with lots of CV’s that you have to sift through. Mary does not adopt this approach but rather took the time to get to know our business, what is important to us, and explore out requirements before introducing to potential candidates who would be a good fit.
