At Richmond Capital we use an Applicant Tracking System to help manage the candidate journey.

When we add an individual to our system, we add their email address to a record card. On rare occasions, the system flags that the email we add could be incorrect and the system requires us to double check the email address before we can email the individual through our system. As such we reach out to these individuals via text to ask them to confirm their email address. We can then correct the email address if required, or confirm to our software company the email address is correct. Once the update or confirmation has been logged we can then communicate effectively going forward with the individual.
