What if We Change the Scope of the Role or the Search?

If the search criteria changes to the point that we needs to start a new search, then we will
charge a fee as if it were a new Instruction.

Any fees already incurred will not be applicable towards the new Instruction.

However it’s for this reason we are really clear in discussions with the stakeholders as to exactly what they are looking for in the candidate and the search. By having a thorough briefing call and regular steering calls we can ensure we are all on the same page from the outset and we remain signing from the same hymn sheet.
