1. Initial Consultation

All stakeholders attend a full Briefing Session, parameters & timelines are agreed. The Employee Value Proposition is agreed & a Candidate Briefing Pack produced.

2. Research & Reporting 

We research & map the market. We hold regular steering calls to show the progress of the Search & report to you. We use an online portal so you have access to live updates.

3. Shortlist & Interviews

Interviews are arranged for those shortlisted. All necessary steps, assesments are completed before moving to Offer Stage.

4. Offer, Onboarding & Support 

We support the Offer Process, & stay in touch throughout Onboarding. For those at C-suite we provide Leadership Coaching for 6 months to further optimise the success of the Search.

1 / How is EXECUTIVE Search different from retained Search?

Our Executive Search solution is for C-Suite positions.  We provide in depth reference checks,  video profiles & support via 6 months of Coaching to optimise the success.  With Retained Search, due to the level of the position, and the refined process &  timelines we are usually able to provide a shortlist slightly quicker and the fee is a typically lower. In both scenarios we work on the basis of a committed partnership with you to follow a robust process. 

2 / How much does it cost FOR RETAINED & Executive Search?

Our standard fees are calculated as a percentage of the successful Candidate’s total gross annual compensation package for Year 1. For Retained the fee is generally 25- 30% and for Executive Search the fee falls within the range of 30-35% of their first year salary. The exact fee is calculated and impacted by position, location and complexity of the search. Our invoices are split & based on milestones reached: 1) Engagement, 2) on agreed Shortlist and 3) on Offer acceptance. We are always upfront and transparent on fees and we will discuss the pricing structure with you during the Consultation and in our follow up.

3 / How LoNg does RETAINED & Executive Search take?

The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the search, the role, availability of suitable Candidates & location. Typically we can provide a shortlist to you in 4 – 6 weeks. We can adjust our timeframes for urgent hires to align to your hiring goals.
