If it’s a very difficult role and a very scarce skillset we can’t guarantee that the exact skillset exists or will want to work for you. We can’t manufacture ideal Candidates.

However we can guarantee is that we will work through your Brief, ensure it is aligned to what exists in the market and carry out a thorough and systematic Search.

We will identify all the Candidates with the skillset, take them your compelling Employer Brand and messaging, and bring to the table all the Candidates we can.

You can then make a decision from all the Candidates that are suitable and available at this time so you have the intelligence and evidence to make an informed decision.

We are yet to fail on a Search and if we didn’t feel comfortable in taking on a Search we wouldn’t take it on.
