What happens if we instruct you on a search and then cancel the Search?

As a client you can cancel your Search at any time. Typically our Terms detail the following cancellation fees:

If it is cancelled within 30 days from the Commencement Date we will charge 25% of the remaining fees in addition to any fees paid to date.

If it is cancelled after 30 days from the Commencement Date we will charge 50% of the remaining fees in addition to any fees paid to date.

We will send our invoice once we have been notified of the Cancellation.
