We are hiring for a Real Estate Analyst. How should we structure the interview process?

We would suggest:

▪️ 1st stage: Video Interview with 2 members of the team.

▪️ 2nd stage: Modelling Test where they have a few days to complete it or have to complete at a set time and then send through the results after circa 3 -4 hours.

▪️ 3rd stage: In person interview where they will meet 2 further team members and discuss through the Test & how they approached it as well as answer further interview questions.
