What is a Team lift out & Can we assist?

A Team Lift is where a Company wants to hire a high functioning group of people who have been working together effectively and onboard them to work for them.

The lifted team doesn’t need to get acquainted and build working relationships and thus should be able to get up to speed quickly.

The lifted team should be able to make immediate impact and the process can really benefit a Company where they are developing in a new region, providing a new service line or trying to outshine the competition at speed.

It’s effectively ‘Plug and Play’ and is common across investment, and consulting sectors.

Whilst there are numerous benefits to such a process, it should still be handled with care, and there is crucial due diligence to complete to ensure the risks are minimised as much as possible and the success rate is maximised.
