What if another agency sends a CV once we have already instructed you on a Search?

- As we have been instructed to cover the market we will continue with our search.
- However if you accept a CV from another agent, you might be liable for a duplicate fee as we will be identifying all suitable candidates.
- It would be best to politely advise your suppliers that you have opted to use a Search approach for this role and will therefore not be accepting any unsolicited profiles. We can provide you with a template to use on this, which is standard and clear and can help.
- If you want to you can share the profile with us and we will include it in the Search. If you don’t want, it not an issue as we should find them anyway.
