What if the candidate you place through a Search leaves us?

Typically our Terms detail a Satisfaction Guarentee that covers the situation should a candidate leaves within the first 3 months of their role.

Providing the candidate did not depart due to redundancy or restrucure, or any foreseen likelihood of termination, you met your obligations to the candidate, and our invoices were paid within the payment terms and we are notified timely (within 7 days) of their departutre, we would provide a free replacement for the position.
