What if Someone Internal or From Our Network Contacts Me Whilst You Are Carrying Out an Executive Search?

That would be fantastic as referred Candidates can be preferred & the reference is usually reliable. If it happens we will continue the Search as planned, and shortlist and assess any referred Candidates against everyone else.

The referred Candidate, if you hire them, will carry a discounted fee in order to encourage it as much as possible. If that Candidate is deemed the best it will be reflected in the cost as we have not had to find that candidate ourself.
