- That would be fantastic as referred candidates are always preferred and the reference is usually very reliable.
- If it happens we will continue the Search as planned, and shortlist and assess any referred candidates against everyone else.
- The referred candidate, if you hire them, will carry a discounted fee in order to encourage it as much as possible. So if that candidate is deemed the best it will be reflected in the cost as we have not had to find that candidate ourself.
