Typically our Terms detail a Satisfaction Guarantee that covers the situation should a Candidate leaves within the first 3 months of their role.
Providing the Candidate did not depart due to redundancy or restrucure, or any foreseen likelihood of termination, you met your obligations to the Candidate, and our invoices were paid within the payment terms and we are notified timely (within 7 days) of their departure, we would provide a free replacement for the position.
