We would suggest trying to exploring how your team are feeling & why they are leaving so you can address the problem head on. We would encourage:
▪️ Employee Pulse Surveys:
▪️ Setting up a method to collect anonymous Employee Feedback
▪️ Exit interviews & Surveys: These could all be anonymised to provide Employee safety and you could incentivise completion by offering a coffee voucher.
In addition you could:
▪️ Review if you have been able to promote at those levels or if the lack of development opportunities is inspiring them to leave
▪️ Quarterly check ins with your team
▪️ Looking at time recording in the team, and what time people are arriving and leaving to see if worklife balance is an issue
▪️ Review bonuses, salaries and pay increases to ensure they are in line with the market
▪️ Arrange socials in the team to encourage camaraderie and inter-office friendships
▪️ Organise a Strategy Day to ensure everyone is aware of the years objectives and how they can fit into the picture
