Our recent survey showed over 50% of the people we asked are not maximising AI in their roles, and really there are some great ones out there to master! 

Your whole business and job doesn’t need to be Ai, but for us, as a small business we are very focused on streamlining efficiencies. Naturally, automations & software bring so many benefits to us. 

That said we don’t use AI to screen application CVs, or for interviews. Boolean strings  check for keywords, but they don’t understand the nuances of different organisations and what isn’t said on a CV. 

Our view is that Ai is here, to stay, but we still want to maintain a ‘human touch’. We know that we provide value to our Clients & our Candidates. 

For us, it’s a bit like when the digital watch came about; the advent hugely changed the market but it didn’t stop people wanting a Rolex… In fact, the brand thrived, & we plan to do the same this year!
