The two preferred culture types seem to be corporate & international and lean & dynamic and fast paced. Culture is so important in managing a business, talent management and talent attraction.
Candidates want to ensure the culture of a prospective company is right for them so be very clear on the environment, the direction of the business and what opportunities are available when attracting talent.
