The results are:
- Want to be in the office – 12.77% (57)
- PrefePrefer to WFH fully – 9.63% (43)
- Would like 1 -2 days WFH – 56.36% (252)
- Want 3 days or more WFH – 21.21% (95)
Total votes – 447 vote
The results are clear – the majority want 1 – 2 days working from home with the next most popular choice is to want 3 – 4 days from home.
There is still a desire for some to be in the office full time, and for others to be fully remote. Hybrid work benefits a business by providing that flexibility whilst also ensuring there is opportunity to socially mingle in the office and develop camaraderie, benefit from developing skills through osmosis and provide ease of communication as well as solitude to get through focused work
