We would suggest trying to exploring how your team are feeling and why they are leaving so you can address the problem head on and would encourage:
- Employee Pulse Surveys
- Setting up a method to collect anonymous Employee Feedback – you could consider Zonka Feedback or Whisper channels on Slack
- Exit interviews & Surveys
These could all be anonymised to provide Employee safety and you could incentivise completion by offering a coffee voucher.
In addition you could:
- Review if you have been able to promote at those levels or if the lack of development opportunities is inspiring them to leave
- Looking at time recording in the team, and what time people are arriving and leaving to see if Work Life Balance is an issue
- Review bonuses, salaries and pay increases to ensure they are in line with the market
- Arrange quarterly coffees to ensure they can feedback any concerns they have and you can check they are finding the work interesting
- Arrange socials in the team to encourage camaraderie and inter-office friendships
- Organise a Strategy Day to ensure everyone is aware of the years objectives and how they can fit into the picture
