The Christmas period gives us time to reflect and consider what we have achieved this past year, what we didn’t achieve and where we want to get to. It also coincides with the time when many of us in the Real Estate Sector have just received our bonus, and feel either a great sense of reward or a sour taste about how our value has not been reflected. As a result many people will be looking to make a move and those moves will create vacancies, and changes to internal team structures.
Further companies also renew their budgets for the year ahead in January so they are looking to add to their team. The peak hiring months in the sector are January to April so if you want a new role, then we would advise you use the Christmas period to think what you want and make a plan.
