I am a recent Graduate and want to get a role as a Real Estate Analyst. What are the companies typically looking for?

When we recruit for Real Estate Investment companies at the junior level, they typically want to see candidates who:

  • Have completed a Real Estate Finance or Real Estate Investment or Development based degree or Masters.
  • Have completed a few internships or work placements within a Real Estate Analyst capacity to have an understanding of the role.
  • Can demonstrate through experience why the Real Estate sector is of interest
  • Are confident in building and using financial models and can prove this when tested during the interview process.
  • Have an analytical mindset, are able to articulate ideas and findings confidently and present well.
  •  Preferably have strong language skills
  • We have a lot of clients forwardly requesting to see gender diverse profiles when recruiting for Real Estate Analysts as they are keen to increase their diversity. As such we strongly encourage female candidates to apply to such roles.
