It’s great to hear from so many and the preference for interview formats. There is still a stronger preference for in person interviews but it’s close. In person interviews definitely assist in reading and displaying clear body language and interest, ‘sealing the deal’ and seeing the team with your own eyes, however video interviews are also very convenient for early stages or long processes.
