Operating at the forefront of project and construction management, the position combines strategic client engagement with hands-on delivery responsibility. It is well suited to an ambitious professional seeking long-term career progression within a stable yet forward-looking consultancy environment.

What you’ll do

Acting as the primary client interface, you will provide confident leadership and maintain trusted relationships throughout the full project lifecycle.

The role will involve managing project programmes, governance, and reporting structures, with clear oversight of risk, cost, and time controls. You will coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams, driving collaboration, accountability, and performance to ensure successful delivery at each stage.

In addition, you will provide strategic advice on procurement routes, development strategy, and delivery methodology tailored to individual client requirements. You will play an active role in mentoring and developing junior team members, while also contributing to business development initiatives, client engagement, and regional pipeline growth.

  • Demonstrable capability operating at Associate Director or Director level, leading complex client engagements.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, programmes, and risk across multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build credibility and long-term professional relationships.
  • Experience across a range of asset classes within regional or multi-project portfolios.
  • Professional qualification or chartership in a relevant discipline preferred.
