This is a compelling opportunity for an accomplished Real Estate Professional to step into a senior, client-facing role within a highly regarded Building Consultancy. The position offers the chance to take a leading role on a complex, large-scale masterplanned development, operating with significant autonomy and responsibility. Combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, the role is ideally suited to someone motivated by complexity, collaboration, and long-term value creation. You will be trusted to represent both client and consultancy at the highest level, shaping outcomes from planning through delivery.
What you’ll do
You will lead the delivery of a complex Masterplan scheme while on client-side secondment, acting as a central figure in driving the project forward. This will involve overseeing the transition from post-hybrid planning consent into subsequent development stages, ensuring alignment with commercial, technical, and strategic objectives throughout.
At Masterplan level, you will establish and manage budgets, programmes, and phasing strategies, coordinating interfaces across multiple plots, infrastructure works, and public realm elements. You will bring clarity and momentum to a multifaceted delivery environment, working closely with consultants, stakeholders, and delivery partners to maintain pace and quality.
You will manage stakeholder engagement across both public and private bodies, including interfaces with adjacent infrastructure and third-party interests. In parallel, you will support fund-raising initiatives, joint venture tender processes, and associated due diligence, contributing to robust and investable development propositions.
The role also involves leading consultancy procurement, managing multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing Building Safety Act strategies and statutory compliance, ensuring a proactive and risk-aware approach across the project lifecycle.
