This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading independent property and construction consultancy at a pivotal stage of several high-profile programmes. Based in London, the role offers exposure to complex, design-led fit-out and refurbishment projects within a collaborative, high-performing environment. You will work closely with senior leadership and blue-chip clients, gaining responsibility, visibility, and the chance to develop within a business that genuinely invests in its people. The position is suited to a motivated Project Manager or Senior Project Manager seeking long-term progression on prestigious schemes.

What you’ll do
You will act as a key project support on major live programmes, working alongside senior project leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery across multiple workstreams. This will include taking ownership of core project administration such as governance, reporting, action tracking, and structured meeting processes, operating with a high degree of autonomy.

A significant element of the role will involve supporting the delivery of a large-scale legal office relocation fit-out, contributing to programme management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery through to completion. In parallel, you will assist on a major campus refurbishment programme, helping to maintain consistency of process, reporting, and controls across the full project lifecycle.

You will coordinate consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders, manage change control processes, and support commercial and contractual administration in line with agreed procedures. Monitoring programme, risk, and key deliverables, you will proactively identify issues, maintain momentum, and demonstrate ownership and accountability across your responsibilities.

What you’ll need
  • Must have UK consultancy experience
  • Experience at Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Project Manager level within the construction or real estate sector
  • A solid understanding of project management fundamentals, including programme control, change management, and contract administration
  • Exposure to fit-out or refurbishment projects (advantageous but not essential)
  • Confident, proactive, and self-sufficient, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with experience supporting senior stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness and a structured, diligent approach to project controls and documentation
  • Ambition and motivation to develop professionally within a growing project portfolio
  • They require a confident, proactive, and independent PM, capable of running the main project administration, agendas, action logs, change control and contract administration with minimal oversight.
