This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished Real Estate Project Manager to join a market-leading, independent property consultancy at a pivotal time in its growth.
Based in London, the role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of office-sector projects, working with a highly regarded client base across occupier and landlord instructions. You will operate in a collaborative, high-performing environment that values technical excellence, commercial acumen, and professional integrity. The position offers clear scope for progression alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the market.
What you’ll do
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of office projects across London, including occupier fit-outs, landlord refurbishments, and building repositioning schemes typically ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 sq ft. Managing commissions from inception through to completion, you will oversee briefing, consultant team appointment, design coordination, procurement, construction delivery, and handover.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance on procurement routes, programme strategy, risk management, and delivery methodology, ensuring projects are aligned with client objectives and commercial parameters. You will take full ownership of programme, cost, quality, and risk, producing clear reporting and governance documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
In addition, you will play an active role in business development and client relationship management, contributing to fee generation, pitching, and repeat instructions. Internally, you will support the wider project management team through mentoring, leadership cover, and contribution to talent development initiatives, while representing the business professionally in the market.

What you’ll need
- Proven UK consultancy experience delivering office-led projects in London.
- Strong track record across occupier Category B fit-outs and landlord refurbishments.
- Background in project management within a professional services environment.
- MRICS qualified or equivalent (additional construction or project qualifications advantageous).
- Commercially astute with experience in fee proposals and client account development.
- Confident communicator with credibility at senior stakeholder level.
- Demonstrable leadership and mentoring capability.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of the London office market and its commercial drivers.
- Proactive, resilient, and collaborative approach to work.
