This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading independent Property and Construction Consultancy with a global reputation for delivering some of the world’s most recognisable and ambitious developments. Based from their London headquarters, the role offers exposure to complex, high-profile projects across Commercial Office, Hotels and Hospitality, and high-end Residential sectors.

The position is well-suited to an established Project Manager or Senior Project Manager seeking greater responsibility, client exposure, and long-term progression within a highly respected consultancy environment. The firm is known for its ethical approach, strong culture of learning, and genuine commitment to developing the next generation of industry leaders.

What you’ll do
You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of Real Estate projects, providing clear leadership from early feasibility through to completion on site. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will offer trusted advice, maintain strong relationships, and ensure that projects are delivered in line with agreed objectives.

You will manage project programmes, budgets, and risk, coordinating multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams to achieve high-quality outcomes. Your role will include providing strategic input during early-stage planning and procurement, ensuring value is optimised and delivery strategies are robust.

On site, you will monitor progress, proactively resolving issues and ensuring compliance with contractual, statutory, and quality requirements. You will also prepare and present clear reports to clients and internal stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making and reinforcing the firm’s reputation for excellence.

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a UK Construction Project Management Consultancy is essential.
  • Proven delivery experience across Commercial Office, Hotels & Hospitality, or High-end Residential projects.
  • Strong project management background across both pre- and post-contract phases.
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and complex project teams.
  • Commercially astute with a strong grasp of programme, cost, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills at senior stakeholder level.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
  • Professional qualification or progress toward chartership preferred.
  • Experience within a consultancy or professional services environment advantageous.
