Based in Riyadh, you will play a leading role in shaping complex development strategies while working closely with clients and senior stakeholders across landmark projects. It is a position designed for an experienced development professional seeking influence, scale, and long-term impact.
What you’ll do
You will lead the development lifecycle from early-stage feasibility through to approvals, ensuring a structured and transparent stage-gate process that underpins sound investment decisions. This includes oversight of financial modelling, technical due diligence, and operational feasibility across large-scale and mixed-use schemes.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide transaction and commercial guidance, navigating complex deal structures, partnerships, and governance frameworks. Your work will span multiple asset classes, with a particular focus on hospitality and residential developments, often within nationally significant programmes.
You will steer projects through internal and external approval pathways, ensuring readiness for procurement and mobilisation, while collaborating closely with client teams to shape development strategies and provide clear, actionable recommendations. In parallel, you will mentor and guide development managers, maintaining high standards of output across feasibility, modelling, and delivery streams.

What you’ll need
- Extensive Real Estate development experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Proven background at Senior Development Manager or Associate Director level.
- Strong expertise in feasibility studies, financial modelling, and early-stage technical due diligence
- Multi-sector experience across hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments
- Demonstrated capability in transaction advisory, capital structuring, and development governance
- Experience leading projects from concept through approval and preparation for delivery
- Confident stakeholder management skills, including senior-level engagement in online interview settings
