This is a senior advisory opportunity for an experienced development professional with deep financial modelling expertise to join a leading global real estate consultancy in Riyadh. The role sits within a high-performing development team supporting a flagship, mixed-use programme of national significance. Offering exposure to complex, multi-asset developments, this position provides the chance to influence strategy, investment decisions, and delivery pathways at the highest level.
What you’ll do
You will shape and steer end-to-end development activity across a diverse portfolio including Hospitality, Residential, Large-scale Retail, Staff accommodation, and Cultural assets. Working from early-stage definition, you will lead the preparation of development strategies, commercial frameworks, and delivery approaches aligned with long-term portfolio objectives.
A core focus of the role will be driving financial feasibility, investment modelling, and scenario analysis - particularly across hospitality, retail, and mixed-use components - ensuring robust, defensible data underpins all recommendations. You will oversee assets as they progress from concept through approvals, coordinating planning, design, governance, and stakeholder engagement with rigour and clarity.
You will provide strategic oversight of complex programmes linked to major national initiatives, collaborating closely with internal and external partners to manage risk, align priorities, and maintain momentum. Alongside this, you will mentor junior development managers, ensuring analytical outputs meet the highest professional standards and representing the development function with authority in senior forums.

What you’ll need
- Extensive Real Estate development experience within Saudi Arabia across Hospitality, Residential, Retail, and Mixed-use assets
- Proven track record taking projects from early-stage definition through approvals and towards delivery readiness
- Advanced financial acumen, with strong expertise in feasibility analysis and investment modelling for large-scale programmes
- Experience operating in high-profile, fast-paced environments requiring discretion and sound commercial judgement
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers and complex governance structures
- Experience guiding multidisciplinary development teams and coordinating across multiple workstreams
- Background operating at Senior Development Manager or Associate Director level within a Project Management consultancy in KSA
