What you’ll do
You will provide strategic leadership across the organisation’s retail real estate portfolio, setting direction for long-term value creation, asset performance, and market relevance. This will include oversight of leasing strategy, tenant mix, and commercial performance to ensure each destination remains competitive and aligned with evolving consumer demand.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive retail development, refurbishment, and repositioning initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered with clarity, pace, and commercial discipline. You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, partners, and stakeholders, supporting sustainable growth and collaborative outcomes.
You will lead annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the retail portfolio, supported by robust market insight and performance analysis. Alongside this, you will champion an elevated customer and brand experience across all assets, while managing and mentoring your team to foster a high-performance, forward-thinking culture.

What you’ll need
- Extensive experience in senior retail real estate leadership roles within a sophisticated, multi-asset environment
- Strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in leasing, asset management, and retail operations
- Proven track record of developing and delivering retail strategies that drive value, footfall, and relevance
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and retail partners
- Experience leading complex development, refurbishment, or repositioning initiatives
- Strong analytical judgement, with the ability to translate market insight into clear strategy
- Demonstrated capability in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Polished communication skills and presence in senior internal and external forums
- Must have UK market experience
