The role offers hands-on exposure to income generation, leasing strategy, and active asset management within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Based in Berlin, the position is well suited to a commercially minded asset manager seeking responsibility, autonomy, and direct influence over portfolio performance.
What you’ll do
You will drive income performance across the German Logistics portfolio through targeted leasing initiatives and proactive asset management strategies. Working closely with third-party leasing agents, you will minimise vacancy by identifying prospective occupiers and guiding transactions from initial enquiry through to completion.
You will lead lease negotiations with professionalism and precision, overseeing heads of terms and documentation in partnership with external legal advisers. A key element of the role will be strengthening the organisation’s market presence by cultivating strong relationships with brokers, occupiers, local authorities, and wider industry networks.
You will oversee the preparation of high-quality marketing materials to support leasing activity, maintain a detailed understanding of local market dynamics through regular site visits, and collaborate closely with internal investment, finance, design, legal, and marketing teams. In parallel, you will review asset-level reporting, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and broader strategic planning initiatives.

What you’ll need
- Proven experience in leasing and asset management, with the ability to underwrite transactions and negotiate LOIs and leases
- Strong financial and analytical capability, with experience reviewing rent rolls, CapEx plans, and asset-level performance
- Confidence presenting market insight and transaction recommendations to internal stakeholders and capital partners
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working autonomously within a high-performance investment environment
- Industrial and logistics exposure preferred, though strong leasing experience in other commercial sectors will be considered
- Based in Germany or willing to relocate, with fluent German and strong English communication skills
- Experience managing third-party property managers and supporting refurbishment or CapEx initiatives
- Strong technical proficiency across MS Office and related tools, with flexibility to travel between assets
