The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across the built environment, working alongside some of the most respected professionals in the industry.
Whether operating at Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager level, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering projects that shape the urban landscape. What you’ll do
You will support the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring progress, quality, and alignment across all workstreams. Working closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams, you will coordinate day-to-day project activities and maintain clear, effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
You will assist in the preparation of Key project documentation, including programmes, reports, risk registers, and procurement materials, while monitoring milestones and performance. Identifying risks, issues, and opportunities early, you will contribute to mitigation strategies and escalation where required.
In addition, you will support feasibility studies, scope development, and early-stage planning, while attending and contributing to client and contractor meetings. You will also assist with financial oversight, including budget tracking, change control, and expenditure reviews, ensuring the firm’s high standards of governance and client service are upheld at all times.

What you’ll need
- UK consultancy experience within Real Estate or the Built environment.
- Experience supporting or managing projects in a Construction Project Management role.
- Ability to manage or support multiple smaller-scale projects concurrently.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills across competing deadlines.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Understanding of project governance, reporting, and standard PM processes.
- Knowledge of construction stages, consultant coordination, and contractor engagement.
- Proficiency in core project management tools and documentation.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
