An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a leading independent property and construction consultancy in San Francisco. This role offers exposure to high-profile hospitality, commercial and corporate interior projects, delivered to the highest international standards. You will play a central role in shaping complex developments from inception through to completion, working alongside highly respected industry professionals. What you’ll do
You will lead end-to-end project delivery across hospitality, commercial and corporate interior developments, ensuring each project aligns with client vision, programme objectives and commercial outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide clear leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from early planning stages through to handover.

You will oversee programme management, budgeting, risk mitigation and quality control, maintaining momentum while safeguarding technical and contractual compliance. Regular site engagement will allow you to monitor progress, anticipate challenges and drive solutions proactively.

Working closely with multidisciplinary consultant teams, contractors and stakeholders, you will foster collaboration, manage expectations and ensure transparent communication. You will also support procurement activities, contractor selection and tender evaluations, ensuring best-value outcomes for clients.

What you’ll need
  • Proven project management experience within hospitality, commercial or corporate interior developments
  • Demonstrable US-based consultancy experience
  • Strong expertise in project planning, cost control, scheduling and risk management
  • Confidence leading complex projects with structure, precision and accountability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
  • Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and internal teams
  • Strong capability in producing clear, accurate reporting and project documentation
  • Relevant academic qualifications and/or professional accreditation
