The role sits at the forefront of Occupier-Led Commercial advisory, working with high-profile corporate clients on complex workplace, refurbishment, and relocation programmes. What you’ll do
You will lead occupier-focused Project Management mandates, overseeing end-to-end delivery across refurbishment, relocation, and workplace strategy initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide corporate clients through programme design, project viability, and commercial decision-making, ensuring outcomes align with strategic and operational objectives.
You will manage multidisciplinary consultant teams, driving coordination, cost control, programme certainty, and quality of delivery across all project phases. A strong emphasis will be placed on governance, with responsibility for robust reporting, risk management, and clear stakeholder communication throughout each assignment.
In addition to delivery, you will play an active role in client relationship management and business development, securing repeat instructions and contributing to the firm’s wider growth ambitions. As a senior representative of the organisation, you will champion best-practice methodologies, uphold the consultancy’s values, and support its market positioning at a leadership level.

What you’ll need
- Experience in a UK construction Project Management consultancy is essential.
- Extensive background in Occupier-side Project Management within Commercial Real Estate
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-phase projects with strong organisational oversight
- Track record advising senior decision-makers and managing high-value corporate client relationships
- Strong technical understanding of procurement routes, construction processes, and contracts
- Experience overseeing multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Commercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunity, mitigate risk, and deliver value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, suited to board-level engagement
- Professional qualifications (RICS or equivalent) preferred, though not essential with exceptional experience
