An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Built Environment Project Manager to join a leading independent property and construction consultancy, based in London. This role offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of high-value projects spanning commercial offices, hospitality, high-end residential, studios and mixed-use developments. You will operate in a client-facing capacity, taking ownership of project delivery from inception through to completion. For ambitious professionals, this position offers structured progression, exposure to landmark projects and the support of a highly regarded consultancy environment.

What you’ll do
You will be responsible for delivering complex real estate and built environment projects across multiple sectors, managing the full project lifecycle from early feasibility and design through procurement, construction and handover. Acting as the client’s trusted representative, you will ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, programme and commercial performance.

You will lead consultant and contractor teams, fostering clear communication and coordinated decision-making throughout delivery. A key part of the role will involve overseeing project programmes, budgets, risk registers and progress reporting, ensuring transparency and control at every stage.

In addition, you will ensure compliance with contractual, statutory and health & safety obligations, while contributing to business development through strong client relationships and consistently excellent project outcomes. You will also play a role in mentoring and knowledge sharing within the wider project management team.

What you’ll need
  • Proven project management experience within a consultancy environment
  • Strong track record delivering complex projects across offices, fit-outs, hospitality, high-end residential or mixed-use sectors
  • Confident, client-facing stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing projects across all RIBA stages
  • Solid understanding of procurement routes, contract administration and cost control
  • Professionally qualified (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent), or working toward chartership
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Ambitious, proactive and commercially minded
  • UK-based consultancy experience is essential
