Package: Basic £90,000 DOE + Bonus circa 10% + Benefits. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of London’s leading independent property and Construction consultancies, delivering some of the most high-profile and design-led projects across the Built environment.

What you’ll do
You will be responsible for delivering Real Estate and Built environment projects across a diverse range of sectors including Commercial offices, Hospitality, High-end residential, Studios, and Mixed-use developments. Managing the full project lifecycle, you will lead schemes from early concept and feasibility through design, procurement, construction, and successful handover.

Acting as the client’s trusted representative, you will take ownership of programme, cost, quality, and risk, ensuring objectives are met and exceeded. You will coordinate consultants and contractors, drive effective communication across multidisciplinary teams, and maintain rigorous governance, reporting, and health & safety compliance throughout delivery.

Alongside project delivery, you will play an active role in nurturing client relationships, supporting repeat business, and contributing to the continued growth of the consultancy. You will also support mentoring and knowledge sharing within the project management team, helping to develop the next generation of talent.

What you’ll need
  • Proven Project Management experience within a Consultancy environment.
  • A strong track record delivering complex projects across Offices, Fit-outs, Hotels, High-end residential, or Mixed-use developments.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience managing projects across all RIBA stages.
  • Sound understanding of procurement routes, contract administration, and cost control.
  • Professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or equivalent), or working toward chartership.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ambitious, commercially minded, and focused on delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Experience in a UK construction project management consultancy is essential.
