An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Project Manager or Associate Director to join a leading independent property and construction consultancy in London, specialising in high-end commercial office fit-out projects. This role offers a platform to lead prestigious CAT B schemes for blue-chip occupiers, operating at the forefront of design-led, occupier-focused delivery. You will take ownership of complex projects from inception through completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors alike. The position suits a commercially astute project leader seeking progression within a highly respected consultancy environment.

What you’ll do
You will lead the delivery of premium commercial office fit-out projects, managing the full project lifecycle from early briefing and design coordination through procurement, construction and handover. Acting as the client’s representative, you will provide both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to ensure occupier requirements are fully realised.

You will oversee consultant and contractor teams, driving collaboration, accountability and performance across all stages of delivery. A core part of the role will involve managing project programmes, risk registers, change control and governance processes, ensuring clarity and control throughout.

You will also be responsible for maintaining robust reporting and communication with all stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards and sustainability objectives. Through consistently high-quality delivery, you will help strengthen long-term client relationships and support repeat business.

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience delivering CAT B commercial office fit-out projects within London or major UK cities
  • Strong consultancy-side background, with the ability to lead projects independently
  • Excellent understanding of occupier-led fit-out processes from brief through to handover
  • Solid knowledge of contract administration, procurement routes and cost control (JCT or similar)
  • Confident, polished communicator with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Professionally qualified (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent), or working toward accreditation
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects concurrently with attention to detail
  • Commercially minded, proactive and adaptable
  • UK-based consultancy experience is essential
