The position suits an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who thrives in a consultancy environment and enjoys acting as a trusted client representative. What you’ll do
You will take responsibility for overseeing the delivery of a distinctive Hospitality-led development in London, ensuring programme, cost, quality, and governance objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle. Acting as the client’s representative, you will manage projects from design stages through procurement and construction to completion.
Working closely with multidisciplinary consultant teams, contractors, and stakeholders, you will coordinate inputs to ensure cohesive and efficient delivery aligned with the client’s vision and operational goals. You will support and execute Employer’s Agent and Project Management duties, maintaining robust project controls, compliance, and reporting.
You will chair project meetings, manage budgets, risk registers, and change control processes, and provide clear, accurate updates to senior stakeholders. Throughout, you will uphold best practice standards across documentation, contract administration, and professional reporting.

What you’ll need
- Proven experience delivering hospitality, cultural, or creative-sector developments in the UK.
- Strong Real Estate Consultancy-side project management background, ideally including Employer’s Agent duties.
- Sound knowledge of traditional contract forms (JCT and/or NEC).
- Confidence leading meetings, managing stakeholders, and producing high-quality reports.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- Professionally qualified (MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent) or working towards accreditation.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a UK Construction Project Management Consultancy is essential.
