An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Real Estate Development Director to play a pivotal role on one of Saudi Arabia’s landmark giga projects. Based in Riyadh, this senior leadership position sits at the heart of a highly complex, mixed-use development with a strong focus on digital entertainment, sport, and community integration.
Working within a globally recognised consultancy environment, the role offers exposure to cutting-edge masterplanning, senior stakeholder engagement, and long-term city-shaping impact. What you’ll do
You will lead the strategic planning, design, and end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Mixed-use Development, overseeing the full lifecycle from early feasibility and concept design through to construction and operational readiness. Ensuring alignment with the wider masterplan vision, you will balance commercial, technical, and placemaking considerations across all phases.
Acting as a senior representative for the client, you will manage complex stakeholder relationships spanning investors, operators, consultants, and local authorities. You will coordinate interfaces between entertainment, residential, hospitality, and employment components, ensuring seamless integration across the wider precinct.
You will provide commercial and technical leadership across design management, planning strategy, procurement, and delivery, while driving value creation, sustainability initiatives, and innovation. Oversight of budgets, programme milestones, and reporting will be central to maintaining quality, performance, and strategic alignment.

What you’ll need
- Proven experience delivering large-scale, mixed-use Real Estate developments, ideally including entertainment, sports, or hospitality assets.
- Strong end-to-end development management expertise, from concept through to delivery and operation.
- Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders, including government bodies, investors, and technical partners.
- Advanced commercial acumen, including negotiation, project structuring, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills within complex joint-venture or partnership environments.
- Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia is essential.
- Exposure to international or high-profile masterplan developments is highly advantageous.
- Degree in Real Estate, construction management, urban planning, or a related discipline; professional membership preferred.
- Experience working for a Consultancy or Developer in KSA
- Willingness to be based full-time in Riyadh with flexibility to coordinate globally.
