What you’ll do
You will provide strategic leadership to the project management function, guiding the delivery of complex development and refurbishment projects with rigour and clarity. A core focus of the role will be championing best-in-class project governance, ensuring robust planning, risk management, and execution standards are embedded across all mandates.
You will cultivate and maintain key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring a consistently high level of service throughout the project lifecycle. Alongside this, you will oversee multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with the firm’s values and professional standards.
As part of the wider partnership, you will drive growth of the project management offering, identifying new opportunities, enhancing market positioning, and leading on high-value instructions. You will mentor senior team members, support succession planning, and represent the project management discipline in strategic discussions across the business.

What you’ll need
- UK-based consultancy experience is essential
- Extensive background leading project management teams within the built environment
- Proven track record delivering complex commercial and/or residential projects
- Strong leadership capability, with the ability to influence strategy and inspire senior professionals
- Exceptional client-facing skills and a reputation for trusted, long-term relationships
- Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and technical delivery processes
- Commercially astute, with a proactive approach to business development and service growth
- Professional accreditation such as RICS, MAPM, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Polished communication style with the discretion and gravitas expected at Partner level
