This is an opportunity to join a respected, boutique real estate consultancy delivering high-quality project management and advisory services across London. The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects for leading investors, estates, and occupiers. Suited to an ambitious Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, the position combines hands-on delivery with client-facing responsibility in a collaborative and quality-driven environment.
What you’ll do
You will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of real estate projects from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, and programmes. This will include developing execution plans, defining scopes of work, and overseeing the procurement of consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
You will manage stakeholder relationships across client, design, and delivery teams, maintaining clear communication and supporting effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Alongside this, you will oversee cost control, reporting, and cashflow management in close coordination with quantity surveyors and finance teams.
Your role will also involve administering building contracts, issuing instructions, monitoring progress on site, and ensuring compliance with quality, sustainability, and health and safety standards. You will maintain robust risk and change control processes, produce high-quality reporting using appropriate project management systems, and contribute to business growth through networking, client engagement, and bid support.

What you’ll need
- Proven experience delivering small to medium-scale real estate or construction projects
- UK-based consultancy experience is essential
- Experience managing projects from feasibility and design through to delivery and close-out
- Strong technical understanding of construction processes, procurement, and contract administration
- Ability to lead consultant and contractor teams and drive performance
- Excellent communication, organisation, and client-facing skills
- Professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, APM, or equivalent) preferred but not essential
- Understanding of sustainability principles, governance, and quality assurance systems
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach suited to a fast-paced consultancy environment
