This is a flagship leadership opportunity to oversee the launch and operation of a new Luxury Wellness and Hospitality destination in Marbella. Joining a globally recognised group at the forefront of premium Wellness, Healthcare, and Lifestyle, the role offers full responsibility for shaping guest experience, operational excellence, and team culture from day one. With a planned start between March and April 2026, this appointment is ideally suited to a seasoned General Manager seeking to lead a landmark resort with international visibility.
What you’ll do
You will provide strategic and operational leadership for the property, ensuring the organisation’s wellness-led philosophy is embedded across every aspect of the guest journey. With responsibility for all core departments—including Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Facilities—you will ensure seamless coordination and consistently elevated service standards.
A central focus of the role will be championing guest satisfaction, fostering a culture of attentiveness, personalisation, and refinement throughout the operation. You will build and lead a high-performing team, creating an inspiring workplace where people are supported, developed, and empowered to deliver best-in-class hospitality.
Working closely with Medical Services, Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture, you will ensure alignment between brand positioning, operational delivery, and commercial objectives. You will oversee quality, compliance, and brand standards, represent the property to guests and stakeholders, and lead initiatives that strengthen long-term performance and market presence.

What you’ll need
- Proven senior management experience within luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, or high-end Real Estate environments
- Strong academic or professional background in Hospitality or tTourism, supported by substantial leadership experience
- Demonstrated success managing multi-department operations in a service-led, premium setting
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the judgement to make informed decisions and drive operational excellence
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams
- Fluency in Spanish and English; German language skills advantageous
- Track record of building cohesive, values-led team cultures
- High level of service orientation, discretion, and personal integrity
