This is a rare opportunity to lead the opening and ongoing operation of a landmark Luxury Wellness and hospitality destination in Marbella. Our client is appointing a General Manager to set the tone, culture, and operational excellence for a flagship resort within a globally recognised lifestyle and healthcare-led Real Estate platform. Opening in March–April 2026, the role offers the chance to shape a premium guest experience from inception while working within a highly respected international brand. It is a position suited to a confident, commercially astute leader with a passion for refined service and wellness-driven hospitality.
What you’ll do
You will assume full strategic and operational leadership of the resort, embedding the organisation’s wellness philosophy across every aspect of the guest journey. With responsibility for all core departments — including Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Facilities — you will ensure seamless coordination and consistently elevated service delivery.
Working closely with internal stakeholders across Medical Services, Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture, you will drive alignment between brand positioning, operational performance, and guest experience. You will champion a culture of attentiveness, discretion, and personalisation, ensuring the property operates at the highest international standards.
In parallel, you will lead commercial and operational initiatives to strengthen market presence, support long-term performance objectives, and uphold rigorous quality, compliance, and brand benchmarks. As the senior on-site representative, you will build trusted relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders, representing the organisation with credibility and warmth.

What you’ll need
- Proven senior leadership experience within luxury hospitality, wellness resorts, or premium Real Estate environments.
- Strong academic or professional training in hospitality or tourism, supported by extensive luxury sector experience.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-department operations in a service-led setting.
- Commercially minded and entrepreneurial, with sound judgement and decision-making capability.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; German language skills are advantageous.
- A discreet, service-oriented approach aligned with premium brand values.
- Polished professional presence and high personal integrity.
